    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sony Smart TV all of a sudden won't connect to my virgin media wifi network. It was working fine but just last week it stopped and I cannot get it to reconnect to wifi. I have try resetting up network and trying to wire connect with no luck. All other devices (laptop, phone &amp;amp; tablet) all can connect no problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;very frustrated with my Sony TV&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try connecting the TV to your network using manual/custom settings.&amp;nbsp; Give the TV a static IP address and try using Googles DNS servers of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and see if that helps?&amp;nbsp; Use a wired connection initially though.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that fails, try factory resetting the TV - as this has worked in the past, instructions : &lt;A href="https://sony-eur-eu-en-web--eur.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/66442/" target="_blank"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
