Sony Bravia kd49x8307c Problem with Windows 10 Cast to Device

Im trying to do the following

(1) On a Windows 10 Pro PC 'Cast to Device ' - kd49x8307c

For (1) ...

I select a movie , right click and select 'Cast to Device ' - kd49x8307c

It is trying to setup the network connection and Im getting the following Error:

What am I missing?

When I look in at the Device Manager .. I see 'Software Devices > kd49x8307c > right click on properties and I get For Location "http://192.168.1.11:52323/MediaRenderer.xml"....

When I run 'netstat -an' in a command shell I dont see Port 52323 open or listening on TCP or UDP ? Is this the problem ... I tried to open the PORT on my McAfee Firewall but that didnt help ??? At a loss .. Thinking anyway that the PC and the TV are behind the firewall and dont have to go through it...

I also have opened the Film with the 'Films&TV' App in Windows 10 and then selected 'Cast to Device' ... After some time I get the following error anyway:

Seems like a win 10 compatibility issue? A google search on that error code brings up
