    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot play any title from Netflix as I'm receiving constantly the message "&lt;STRONG&gt;We're having trouble playing this title&amp;nbsp;right now. Please try again later or select a different&amp;nbsp;title.&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried some youtube proposed alternative solutions without success (Reset, Restart, app restart NW restart, etcetera).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to mention that other applications i.e. youtube works fine.&amp;nbsp; SW auto-update is ON.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please provide a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm close to the date that I have to start paying the Netflix subscription and I need to know if I would be able to watch Netflix in my Sony KDL-40WE660 TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dionysios&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have tried it several times (refresh internet content) but without success.&amp;nbsp; I'm still receiving the same message and cannot watch any Netflix video.&amp;nbsp; On the other hand, I can watch the trailers!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any further suggestion?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally, it worked after resetting the TV to the factory settings!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks to the Greek Sony customer support&lt;/P&gt;</description>
