Hi everyone. As in subject i have Sony Bravia KDL-43W755C since couple of weeks and i have a little problem. When im trying to change anything in screen setup or sound setup from main TV settings i cant do notjing. It shows "DirectSettings app has been stopped". Any solution exclude "Factory Settings"??

Hi there

Try rebooting the TV. Press and hold the power button on the remote control for 6-10 seconds and the tv should then restart.

Im assuming you have the latest FW installed?

All else 'factory reset'
