UP and DOWN doesn't work on home screen

I have this weird problem with my kd65xf850.... When Im on the android TV home screen, I can only move left and right in the first row (APPS)... I can't go up or down.... I cant get to the settings menu, i cant go down to the recommendations..

First i thought it was a remote problem, but every where else it works normally... Only home screen...

Anyone else has this problem?

Seems like a glitch to me, have you tried holding the power button to restart the TV?

I did my homework

I just don't want to reset the TV to maybe fix the problem....

Well, you can try clearing the cached data (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then restart by holding power.

It's like a reset, but doesn't require you to enter your info all over again.

Had this same issue , had to do factory reset to fix .

This may occur as a glitch due to the connected devices. I know this is the basics, but I'd recommend unplugging anything connected to the TV and disconnecting it from the mains for two minutes, and try the TV with nothing connected before factory resetting the TV.
