Sony Bravia KDL43" w805c Picture Settings

Hi guys,

I'm curious as to what picture settings people have when watching TV (I watch through a Sky HD Box) and also for gaming?

If anyone fancies sharing there settings it would be much appreciated!

I've found the picture is great, but I'm sure it could be tweaked a little.

I found it useful to adjust the "standard" setting lowering the Luminosity and shaperness as well as color saturation (sorry for the english but I looked at the italian settings ...)
