Hdmi 2 vs hdmi 4 for Apple tv

When i turn on my Apple tv to hdmi 2 the picture is there fast, when it is in hdmi 4 there is Black screen in 5-6 seconds why?

my tv is xr a80j oled

Hi @anders234 How have you set up the ports? Are they both set to Enhanced format. It sounds like your best bet is to connect it to HDMI 2 as you may have a faulty TV.

Maybe i do that, dont hope its broken, Also have faulty earc , when i turn it on i cant control the soundbar and popping sounds, the wifi is bad also

And try different cable as well. Also make sure that your TV is up to date

And whats wrong with your eARC port?

It Will not turn on my soundbar only when i have connected it and when i turn it on the next day it goes to tv sound

Hey @anders234, have you made sure that your TV is up to date? Also have you checked the TV settings that Audio System in selected not TV speakers? If that didn't help, maybe you can try to reset the TV to its factory settings.
