Are they both set to Enhanced format. It sounds like your best bet is to connect it to HDMI 2 as you may have a faulty TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe i do that, dont hope its broken, Also have faulty earc , when i turn it on i cant control the soundbar and popping sounds, the wifi is bad also&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also have you checked the TV settings that Audio System in selected not TV speakers? If that didn't help, maybe you can try to reset the TV to its factory settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
