KD-49XG9005- keeps losing sound android related content

Regularly loses sound on internet & live tv

Most times by going back to previous watching ( eg Tv- Android progs) & back again

mostly cures it.

But just lately, the only way to cure it is doing a complete re- start

Have had this trouble from new ( although not as bad as now)

& seems to be worse from the latest up-date.

Have double checked & i have THE latest up-date !

HELP !

You mention Restarts and the latest Software but have you tried a Factory Reset?

Thnx for your welcome input

No i have not- because i have several favourite sites/channels/ stations i would like to keep

and that would lose them all

But i will try at the weekend ( after making a note of them) & update you when tested for a few days.

It was fine when it was new & ok after the 1st system update.

But seemed to get worse from the 2nd update onwards

Anyway many thx- i will write & let you know : )

Hi @petemech Obviously, make sure that you test before reinstating your several favourite sites/channels/ stations. They may be something there that is the cause! Additionally, disconnect other devices for a completely clean start, introducing them one at a time.
