Hi, the speakers on the above tv are no longer working. The volume was fine last night but today, NO SOUND.

I have a hard drive recorder connected via HMDI 3 and volume not working via this input either. When I connect my Sony Bluetooth headphones I get sound but still nothing on TV. I have checked volume is turned up and not on mute. Have checked cables, checked it says TV speakers in settings, have disconnected hard drive recorder, have done a sound reset, have done TV reset and in the end did a factory reset.

also did diagnosis check via Sony help app in settings and all ok

still no sound despite 3 hours of trying

TV only 16 months old so under manufacturing warranty so will probably have to ring Sony on Monday but in the meantime any ideas to get the sound back would be appreciate
