&lt;P&gt;As the tv is new, its probably updated the firmware. &amp;nbsp;But can you please check that you are on the latest?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>KD-55X8509C wifi connectivity issues !</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought a new sony bravia tv and the television does not detect the wifi signal. I have not tried wired connection yet as all our devices are connected wireless wifi. Quite dissapointed that the issues experiencing right from first day since we purchased. Before I ring the customer service I wanted to see if this is something I can sort. Did restarting,resetting router and manually entering the details and all... From the internet it sounds like a firmware update issue but not sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I had the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm from Spain, and the regulatory laws in my country, only accepts wifi channels 1 to 11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;router&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;is configured to&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;send&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;on channel 13&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I changed the channel, the TV find my wifi perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check the&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;settings&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;for your&lt;/SPAN&gt; country. &lt;SPAN&gt;TV&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;may&lt;/SPAN&gt; look only &lt;SPAN&gt;wireless networks&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;on channels&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;of the country&lt;/SPAN&gt; in which you are working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bye.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
