Recent apps getting restarted always

Iam using xperia C3 dual.Whenever i press home button and then go to recent apps and select an app for eg. Facebook or whats app it does not resume where i left the app is getting restarted from the begining,why is it so? Is 1gb Ram is insufficient for background tasking? Iam even losing game if some call comes in between, please help me with this problem....

If you are using heavy apps and have a lot of background apps, Android will free up RAM as needed.

No i dont use too many apps my ram is always used nearly 700-750 mb even in some other xperia phones with 1gb ram they dont face this issue

Do you have any antivirus or taskillers? when you exit an app do you press back or home?

I tried restarting in safe mode without any third party app ram is used nearly 650 mb for inbulit apps this is too much

This will happen only if your ram is been always consumed by background application like Facebook or WhatsApp always run in background try not to keep all such social media application running at the same time in background it might help you.

I have one more problem with my device, my portable wifi hotspot name and security getting resetted to default periodically so i have to rename frequently what can i do?

Generally this should not happen but could you tell whether this happens always when you're hotspot is been used or when you just turn it on......?

Once i rename and use it it will be ok but when i switch off the hotspot and noted after few hours it seems changed

This is not some malfunction issue or anything like that, it's just that this phone is only equipped with 1GB of ram, which is.. Not so good in handling multitasking. You can only run certain apps at the same time depending on how much ram a certain app needs to use. If it's running out of free Ram, it will automatically kill the app that you're least using at the time. Especially games. P.S, This phone's battery life in my opinion is CRAAAZY good!
