&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I had purchased a Sony Xperia C3 Dual handset on 16-nov-2014&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Below are the purchase details:-&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Inv number-19661&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Item Description:-D2502/XPERIA C3 /5.5"/8MP/1.2GHZ/1GB/2500MAH&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Serial Number-&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Shop Name- Jumbo Electronics Pvt. Ltd.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Address:-&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ambience Mall, Ambience Island,NH-8,Gurgaon,India,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ph-&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;After 1 and half month i experienced a problem in handset.&lt;BR /&gt;Below is the problem description.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;On 3-Jan-2015&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; I noticed that Audio jack was not working. Sound was coming from speaker even though headset was connected. There was no sound from the earphone. I checked the earphone in other mobile and earphone was working fine. After that I checked with another Sony headset in my mobile and still the problem was there. After searching for the service center in Gurgaon I could reach there on &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;6-Jan-2015&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;. At service center they took my handset for repair and asked me to wait for 1 week without giving standby set.&lt;BR /&gt;Below is the description of Service Center:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Job No. W115010605939&lt;BR /&gt;Ticket Id-15010605939&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Name-**bleep**ij Telecom&lt;BR /&gt;Address-In front of Telephone Exchange, Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road, Gurgaon, Haryana, India.&lt;BR /&gt;Ph&lt;BR /&gt;Even after lapse of 1 week promised time to resolve the issue i couldn't get the handset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;I got the handset on 17-Jan-2015&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;According to them&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt; mother board of the handset was changed&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; and the new serial number is &lt;BR /&gt;There i collected the handset and came home. For 5 hours handset was working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;When I checked it in the morning 0n 18-Jan-2015 the phone was off. I switched it ON. After some time it again turned off. I tried to turn ON phone 5 times but then it was going off just after that. After 5-10 retry it turn ON but again after some it went off. I am totally disgraced with the service provided by the Sony Service Center.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have not purchased this costlier phone just for sake to visit Service Center again and again. I also do not believe that again problem will be resolved from the service center. &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;So i want a new handset in replacement to this faulty handset.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; I believe that Sony has the name in Customer Satisfaction. But what I am getting is totally annoying experience and dissatisfaction.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please take a note that &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Service Center has mentioned about Standby set issued to me. But I had not received any Standby handset from their side.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; The information mentioned about the Standby set is totally fake. Also the original handset which I have received has some new scratches which were not present while taking the phone to service center. When I asked Service center to correct it, they said to submit the phone again for 10 days. Is this the service Sony provides by harassing there customer. It means whenever 1 problem occurs in my handset then i have to run to service center again and again&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;even though they did not resolve the problem totally&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;. I want you to take a strict legal action against them.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;At last I request you to kindly issue me a new handset in replacement to this faulty handset otherwise I will take further action against Sony Corporation.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
