how can i change install location to sd card like sony xperia c

wanna use Android folder on sd card for huge games because internal storage space is small

how can i ?

But i have heard about something called "Root" that can mount a space from sd card something like that .

can it help or will harm my phone ?

You can root but beware that in doing so you may void your warranty and your DRM keys will be deleted meaning Sony specific features will cease to work

I can't say if you should regret, that is your choice and I don't have either of these devices so couldn't comment on which is better
