I couldn't remote lock my C3

hi!

My phone was stolen last monday and i believe that the thief flashed it or do a hard reset (just a hunch, maybe) because i've been monitoring it on myexperia since monday (evening after it was stolen) and my phone doesnt appear. is there a way i could prevent them from using my phone? thanks in advance!!

If the device has been reset, there is nothing you can do beside contacting a police station.

With internet still enabled and the device not reset, there was a slight chance for you to find it.

I'm sorry to hear that.

You could also try tracking the phone using Android Device Manager but if that doesn't work either it sounds like your phone has been factory reset, or similar, like you suspect. In that case you will unfortunately not be able to remote lock it or do so it can't be used.
