problems with my Sony Xperia C4 dual

After i spent two weeks in Europe and going back to Indonesia. My phone can't received sms in the same day it will come after 3 or 4 days, can't make a phone call and I can't open application google play store, youtube and instagram.

I allready check my provider sim card and network in other cellphone it works, but when i insert it to my sony experia c4 it doesn't work.

Can anyone tell me what should i do with this ???

have you tried phone restart option & are getting proper signals to your phone?

if both the above option are Yes then try factory reset in your phone and confirm to us.

Finally after i did factory reset it works again. But i lost another apps. But its oke. Thanks anyway

Cool.. Check apps in safe mode..
