problems with my Sony Xperia C4 dual

I had purchased my Sony Xperia C4 dual last week and i am facing these problems :
1. Whenever I close the torch, my mobile lags for like 7-10 seconds.
2. When i unlock the phone and try to open contacts then the message is displayed that the contacts have stopped.
3. Sometimes my phone hangs when i receive calls.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

I am also getting the contact stopped issue. Even after multiple reboot of the handset, the problem isn't going. I am not able use the contacts at all

i have purchased finally new xperia C4 what i do observe is contact is getting slow in opening .. exactly 4 sec just to open contact list..

i am still checking phone and shall revert if contact issue gets resolved.

one more thing .. phone gets noticable warm at top side from camera lens to 2-3cm below within 10min of use.

Same issue is face by me too but it not so frequent
And today I had major issue camera is not working after talking with customer support I got resolution to test it by ‪*#*#7378423#*#* after number of attempt of safe mode reboot and hard reset issue is still unsolve

Whenever i tried to play video in my mobile which i have received in WhatsApp my phone hangs while playing and gets restart by itself.
What should I do?

Hi shivani16,

Have you tried clearing the cache for WhatsApp? If not, please try this. If that hasn't helped, I advise booting the phone in Safe Mode to determine whether this is something being caused by a third party app or not. To boot your phone in safe mode press the power key until the Power Off message appears > hold your finger on Power Off for 2-3 seconds until Reboot to safe mode?' appears > tap OK. To exit Safe Mode just power the phone off & then on normally.

Let us know whether the issue was present in Safe Mode or not.
