Camera Error

Hi

I am getting a camera error whenever trying to tap video shoot button.

How to get rid of this error?

It is showing that recording in progress in another app though there is no other app using the camera.

There are 2 cases I can think of now:

1. You have a 3rd party camera app acting up. Booting in safe mode might help:

2. You have OK google detection enabled.

Hey i have turned off google detection it is still showing the error.

When i booted my phone in safe mode that error has gone

Can that error be shown again?

How to permanently get rid of that error?

Yeah there are few apps like AR EFFECTS, INSTAGRAM.

Shall i uninstall them?

I don't think those should have problems,AR effect is from Sony. Boot back in normal mode,see how it is.

i got same ploblem. when i try to record video via snapchat, my phone freeze, then it
wont respon almost every input, it just respon home button n power key. then i try to open snap chat, and again my phone freeze. when i try to open camera, it show exactly same error message like deep11.
alrdy try to force stop snapchat, but still cant open camera app and it still showing same error message.
then after couple hour i got notification says that snapchat prevent stamina mode, it drain my battery.

i dont rlly sure if it happen bcz snapchat or not, alrdy uninstall snapchat but still got that error message. everything work normal after i reboot my phone, but it will error again when i do the same thing again.
pls help

I have the same problem, while using Snapchat. Any others apps work okay, only this one is making such problems.

Boot on safe mode and try using your camera again to see if you get the same error.

You have to disable OK Google.
