Play store keep says "downloading..." but it doesn't download anything

Hello. Please help me, I have a problem with my C3. I just want to update an app in play store but when i do it only says "downloading" but it doesn't download. I try updating another app/downloading a new app but it remains the same.

I also try to update the software but i can't download it too. it says "menunda jaringan" (in indonesian) or it maybe says "delaying network" when you sets your device in english language.

I try the tip like apps>all>play store> clear data> clear cache, force stop, activate/deactivate the app and everything except factory reset.

I'm waiting for your replies. Thanks for your help.

are you using data or wifi?
if you use data, you may have restricted background data,

i'd check to settings but the "restricted background data" box is unchecked

ok, are you in a strong 3g area? does it change when you are connected to the network? sometimes downloads wont start once there has been a stable connection to a network..

try to download or update apps when you are connected to wifi.

also can you ask your network provider if there are problems with your network connection

fixed it! all i need is to factory reset my device and it came back to normal again. Thank you for all your help
