Help,my xperia c3 on/off button and volume down button is not working! My volume up button is working perfectly and sometimes the on/off button and volume down button will work but after awhile while I am using the device, it will Sundenly turn all volume down and the button stop working. Idk what making it like this but I suspect it water damage that made it lidat

I'm sorry to hear this.

I'd suggest that you try a software repair using PC Companion with the help of a PC. If that does not help then it could be hardware related and you should get in touch with your Local support team for more information on how you can get your phone examined at an authorised service center.

Have you tried testing all the functions?

Try this :
Open Settings > Tap "About Phone" > Tap "Diagnostics" > Test on "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" button.
If it detects,then maybe software problem. Then as @Christofer said,repair it using PC Companion

If not,then you might have to bring it to the nearest local Sony Xperia Center.
