My C5 ultra's screen is broken. Display is not damaged, glass panel above the display is broken. Not a single pixel on screen is damaged. Can anyone tell me how many rupees it will cost to replace touch panel?Cracks on touch panel

@Nirumohite I am afraid that if you want to replace only the superficial glass you'll be better search a local phone repair shop as Sony will likely replace the whole screen module. You may want to ask for estimates by contacting your Local support

Can you tell me, is it worth of replacing panel by local shopy?

If I prefer Sony care centre, how many charge may apply?

My recommendation is that you contact your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.

@Nirumohite I want to say that although @Emil works for Sony.. believe me that he is giving you the right advice, it may be a bit more expensive but that kind of repair is better done by Sony.

Hard to say exactly full price, coz in different market is different prices, it can cost (screen change - in my country authorized center) about 100, maybe 150 euros. How much will be in rupees i don't know, but you can easily convert it, you need just to see rate of exchange in your bank By the way you can contact with local center as siad Emil or just bring it to local service, i think they will help you much more neither we here

I forgot to say, in my country there is insurance, it's like warranty, but you should paid for it every month. But when you broke screen - seller changing it FREE or changing your smartphone But as i siad in different market is different rules, prices and ect But you can ask about all variations your seller, service center and ect
