Sudden Death

I was using the camera while the device was doing automatically backup
it said : there isn't enough space and I press 'not now'
then suddenly there weren't any button working even the touch !
I pressed power key and the screen became black I mean the device stoped working and when I put usb cable to charge the red led works and I never understand what's the problem
I tried with pressing power and volume up , power and both volume keys , and off button and no response
I don't want to open or remove the back cover and the pc doesn't detect my device
please help me

You have to press and hold power & volume up for several seconds, if that doesn't work, then open the SIM/SD card cover and press the reset button.
