      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1010757"&gt;@spsa&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this something that have started to occur very recently, for example after you updated your phone or installed a new application?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend that you start with &lt;A href="http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiac4/userguide/assembly/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;removing the SIM card and inserting it again in your phone.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;If there is no change after doing this, try registering on your service providers network manually in your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To do that, go to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Network operators. Tap Search mode, then select Manual. A search will now start and when it has been completed you will see all the networks in your area and the home network (the one your service provider is using) will be marked with a small house icon, tap on it and it should register on the network again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no change after doing the above, please follow the suggestion given by&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202"&gt;@uliwooly&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how it went! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.dk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
