Did you tried connect with computer, repair with Xperia Companion? When i had the same problem, i brought to authorized service. It can be motherboard get stuck in loading (to me it was so) If in the time of connect with computer will not light green light, always will be red (also try to charge fully it) i advise you to bring it to authorized service too, even if you have warranty, without authorized service you will not fix that, for me was changed motherboard
