I'm sorry to hear about that issue, is it possible for you to test different wall chargers and/or cables?

Hello,

Yes, i've tested with a 5 different cable and charger from my friends but in vain. I neeed to transfer some documents from this mobile but my laptop can't connect on it

That's quite strange, I think that you should contact your Local support to get your device inspected/repaired.
