Xperia C5 Ultra Dual Ram, disable app, and screen responsiveness

Hi, firstly im not good in english, forgive me if my English broken.

I am using Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual, firstly I have problem with C5 ram, where even if I reset factory my C5 my ram only available about 350MB, after I disabled some apps that I wont use. After that, I've already try repairing software using Sony Companion, but my C5 ram still same like before, only available about 350MB. Help me.. My phone freeze sometime,

Second, after I repairing software using Sony Companion I cant disable apps that I dont use.

Third, the screen is a bit unsensitive if im using phone using side of my finger
