I can not run the programs that I download

Здравствуйте! Я не могу запустить программы которые скачиваю,постоянно вылазиет вот это окно ,я уже все галки убрала ,в наложении сверху.Мне постоянно приходится включать телефон в безопасный режим,и там включать разрешения.так как в нармальном режиме не получается. Как исправить эту проблема???

It's simple request to get permission. If i'm not wrong need to go to Talk Back and turn it on
