Xperia c5 ultra dual Software problems

After sofware update and factory reset my camera doesn't work and the view is inverted, and the middle home button doesn't work plus the phone icon gives false missed calls and there are some applications don't open even after reinstalling several times..need help please

Did you tried repair with Xperia Companion?

Thanks for your reply but I tried without any response ( I tried the safe mode solution, it worked for a while then back to the same problem)
