Phone crash randomly

Hello Sony, my sony ultra C5 has recently been crashing randomly and not because of no battery instead whenever I use it or play games it just crashes randomly and its takes a while before i can turn on the power, one time it took up to 15 mins of holding the power button then it will power on, may I please know why this is happening ?

No it happens with whatever I do with my phone whether its watching youtube, messging or loo king through photos etc.

Hi @Teckkang, I'm sorry to hear about this.

It's hard to say exactly why this is occurring before we do some troubleshooting.

If you plug in the charger after it has been turned off, are you then able to start the device directly or do you still have to wait up to 15 minutes before you can power it on again?

You can also try restarting your device in safe mode, just so we can make sure that a downloaded application is not the cause of this, as they are disabled in this mode.

Thanks for the info but sadly it still does'nt work,but by charging my phone i can directly on it but i still need to wait a bit.But now my phone cannot be power on and i am not typing to you from my com,i don't know why this is so but i hope my phone can work soon

I'm sorry to hear that, try this

connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for couple of hours > try to turn it back on, if it doesn't work then contact your Local support to get it inspected.

been trying the method you have stated adn it doesn't work, today i am gonna buy a new phone so its fine

my phone to but noting helps my phone crash yesterday i tried everthing but nothing works and with companion cant not find my phone plzzz can you help me
