Mobile is not charging when it is Switched ON, AND CHARGING IF I SWITCHED OFF.. Its not connecting to my Computer to try sony companion, if it is SWITCHED ON. And connecting if switched off and charging.. I tried to resolve it by resetting it,and doing switch off and ON, and changing USB cables as well as chargers too..
