The mobile sony xperia c3 turned off and then restarted in safe mode. I followed the instructions and it did not work. I need to remove the safe mode right now

Just restart the phone, that should boot the phone in normal mode.

Hi @Damianmutte11, welcome to our forum!

As @uliwooly mentioned, a normal restart will remove safe mode, however if you should end up in safe mode again, make sure that your volume down key is not pressed during the startup of the device. For example, if you have a case on your device that is pushing the button down or that it's stuck, as holding down this button during the startup of the device, will make the device startup in safe mode.

Do I understand that a reboot will not exit safe mode for you? In that case, is the volume down button working as it should?
