I'm having difficulty with my touch screen it radically randomly starts to not function or randomly access things I haven't touched works fine then starts acting crazy

I'm sorry to hear that, next time it happens keep track of which apps you have running, also test the phone

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test
