    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;i just got my sony xperia e c1504 about 10 days ago&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;and the caller sound quality is so poor i can barly hear&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;them and it hasn't gotten better from day one,any ideas?:smileyconfused:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;i have the the lastest updates a new sim card from t-mobile&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;jellybean 4.1.1&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;build# 11.3.a.2.23&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;model:c1504&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;it saays your phone already has the lastest available system updates.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;everything else works great(i,e. sns..wifi,dlna,gps all work ok&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago" color="#0000FF"&gt;just the caller sound quality.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try another SIM card (of another carrier)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try if issue is the same using headphones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to force 2g net&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for the help but i seem to have other problems with&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;calling ; i made a call this morning but now it says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; (mobile network not available)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;honestly i'm not sure if i'm using wifi or hotspot connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which should i use in the setting? to make a call all the time with no issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have service...i can get online ;use skype and google hangout but sometimes it just making&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a simple phone call out; and incoming callthe same problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean a standard call or a VOIP call (that uses data connection or wifi)??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have a red cross on the upper left side of the screen&amp;nbsp;and/or 0 bars of signal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway go to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings&amp;gt;other&amp;gt;Mobile networks&amp;gt;Network operators&amp;gt;Set WCDMA(Preferred)/GSM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings&amp;gt;other&amp;gt;Mobile networks&amp;gt;Network operators: Set Select automatically&lt;/P&gt;</description>
