The phone is detected on my windows machine though.

Is there any way i can reset without using flashtool?

SUS worked. Took a long time to download on my slow connection but its okay now. Since i am going to be tinkering around and this may happen again, is there anyway that i can avoid the downloading process in the future? save the download?

or how to make a full nandroid backup? so far ive been googling like crazy but cant seem to find any.
