Can't change APN settings

Hi,

I am trying to change the APN settings on my phone so I can use mobile internet with my provider (SMARTY).

In the APN settings it says "Currently unable to view the Access Point Name settings..." and nothing is listed there.

When I try to add new settings and save them I get the message "Name conflict with locked Access point name (APN). Please change."

I've tried to download the settings for internet and MMS automatically via wifi. It downloads successfully but nothing seems to change and I get no further notification message.

What should I do?

Hi @pleasemakeitwork, I'm sorry to hear about that.

I would first of all recommend you to try doing this with another sim card and see if this still happens.

Double check also that you are not logged in as "Guest" in your phone, you do this by going to: Settings > Users & accounts > Users.
