Could you possibly elaborate your question a bit? For example, are you not able to register your fingerprint in the settings menu or are you unable to unlock the phone using your fingerprint?

I'm facing problem with unlocking the device.

The device always says clean your finger and senser even I cleaned.

Have you tried deleting your registered fingerprint and adding it again? Also, it could be a good idea to register the same finger multiple times for optimal recognition.

If that do not work, it might be a good idea to try a software repair using Xperia Companion and a computer. do note that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so it is advised to do a backup before the repair to avoid data loss.
