software update cannot be installed

System update cannot be installed. Error 0x803d0020. I tried to install it using just phone and with a laptop. Both attempts were unsuccessful.

what was result?

Over weekend my phone has changed the 'unlock pattern' and i am unable to get into anything. Phone is ready to install latest software though?
