Hi @tosbaga!

There is no setting in the device that will reverse the microphones. They will be activated based on what you are doing in the device, for example, recording a video or using the loudspeaker.

What did you do when the main microphone stopped working? Did you install a new application?

Let me know a bit more and I'll do my best to assist you!

my main phone-call mic (on the bottom of the phone) doesnt work probably because of an action i did, but the one that is (probably) on the top of the phone which is used both in video takings and phone-call on speaker mode. so the thing i want is to use the latter mic as the default mic, since i cant take instagram videos, cant send voice messages through whatsapp, and also have to use speaker mode only when i want to talk with a person on a call. i can use external ones, such as earphones, but i dont have them on me all the time. thanks for everything by now.

cant remember exactly what happened but it is a hardware problem, not a 3rd party app thingy. safe mode doesnt make it work either.

Hi @tosbaga!

Oh! Then there is not much troubleshooting that will help I'm afraid and I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team, so they can arrange for the device to be sent in and examined at an authorized service centre.

Feel free to keep me posted!
