I reset my xperia m and also tried reinstalling software through pc companion but my problem not fixed. What should I do now?

Could you test your device?

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

Settings > Support > Tests

if it doesn't pass the test then it is a hardware issue and you will need to get it repaired by your local support

In diagonastic flashlight seems to be working fine

That's good, ok, now try this:

settings > apps > camera > storage > clear data > restart the phone > test the camera again

if that doesn't work then boot in >>> safe mode and test the camera
