Is the device booting up as it should?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There isn't that much troubleshooting available for this, but we can at least see if this is related to the hardware of the software in the device, if you perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_blank"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the device and reinstall the latest available software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
