are you referring to a backup created through Xperia Companion or a different app or a password to access the phone?

Hi @Scribble2, welcome to our forum!

We do not have access to the passwords that you have set for certain things in your device, for example, the password for a backup as this password is one that you yourself choose when setting up the feature.

You can of course try with the normal passwords that you use and see if you can figure out if it's any of them.
