I’ve charged it fully. Followed start up instructions but still no luck. Tried with or without the brand new sd card in it. Today I discovered those tags with the serial numbers inside the card slot. Are they supposed to come out? They are still attached at this stage but am I meant to take them out or leave them in there? If they stay in, how do I get the the things to slide back in?? So frustrated at this. This is the first time in years I’ve bought a new phone instead of relying on receiving a family members old phone when they upgrade to whatever hot new phone has been released. Was Sony a bad idea? Is it me? Does my face offend it? Is it because I bought through Kogan and they had to include an extra Australian charger because the one in the box was an international plug? Tell me what I need to do?
