are you using the preloaded Album app?

try this

settings > apps > all > album > storage > clear data > restart the phone > open the album app > report back

Hi @BRIANMP,

In addition to what @uliwooly mentioned, you can also try the troubleshooting section in the album app. Open the Album > Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner > Tap Settings > Tap "Find and fix problems". Also, make sure that the album is set to view "All Content" and not to view a certain folder.
