New software 6.1.A.2.55 download problems

I started downloading the new version of my Xperia S through SUS but after it got downloaded it just wrote that the update failed and now i get a strange triangle with a phone next to it please solve fast.

Please try to run a repair to reload the firnmware:

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

and install it on your PC.

2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.

Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.

3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

4. Phone Software Update.

5. Start.

6. Repair Phone

7. Continue

8. Accept data removal

9. Next

10. Wait for prepare

11. Select Phone

12. Follow the connection steps

I am currently doing so but through the process my phone keeps booting and then just shutdown. does this make a problem?

Follow this

ahmad91 first force shutdown your phone

Press and hold Power Button and Volume Up button at the same time

5 Seconds > Restart Phone

10 Seconds > Shutdown Phone

And then do not switch it on, then run SUS again. Connect when you're asked to
