Not really sure what you mean. Are you connected via HDMI to your TV when you get this message?

can you elaborate, lets say you turn off and turn on your phone > once you unlock the screen do you get that message? that's w/o connecting any HDMI cable at all?

yes w/o connecting to HDMI cable ., that message still appering., i think my phone is grounded., if its ok to bring my phone to sony service center without my warranty card?

are you certain that there's nothing connected to the phone, bc I do see the HDMI icon on the top left.

this might be a hardware issue, perhaps there's something stuck on the micro HDMI port, you have to take your phone to a Sony repair center.

if you don't have warranty they will tell you how much they will charge you to repair it, it doesn't hurt to stop by a Sony repair center, if there's one near by
