Yes it is water resistant the phone works under water but the water did enter the compartment within the battery panel beyond the barrier of rubber line-coating on the backpanel. Hence the water doesn't enter the phone internals but it did get the secondary mic beside the camera lens wet. How should i test if it is still functioning and noise suppression in call is still working flawlessly? </P><P></P><P></P><P>update: I have found the way.
