I Forgot unlock Pin Code and not able to operate my phone.

what can i do to unlock my phone.

Is there any code to reset pin code.

You can reset any local lock such as pattern password or PIN by reinstalling the phone software via SUS.

Sony update service,an updater/repair engine for Sony phones.You need to run it in compatibility mode with windows 7.

It will remove the lock.I know you have windows 8 or 8.1,that is why you need to run the program in compatibility mode with windows 7.Do you know how to do that?

You can run it in compatibility mode with windows 7 from windows 8 too.But do it on a windows 7 laptop.

Yes,a repair is needed to remove pin lock.You need to select xperia j in the phones,not other.
