Factory Startup Services and please wait ...

hi! my friend have a problwm with this phone.
i just read some article that this problem can be solved by flashing and doing a factory reset. the main problem is the sceen of the phone can not be used. i cant touch anything, it is just freeze. i have tried to change the lcd and it still same. I cant touch anythig. anf the sceen is only showing a dialoge of "power button" and use phone. but i can not touch anything. Mind to help me out?
