Yesterday, my charge level decreased from %90 to %0 in the past day.Then I charged it, it was still the same %0 , only once it was %1, then again it dropped to %0. Today I had a battery change. I had %100 charge when I first started it.Then again, it fell very quickly and remained at 0 percent again. Why might the problem be exactly? Is it a software related or hardware related

problem ? By the way, I tried every way about similar topics.

was your battery replaced at a authorised sony service center? if so you can send your device to be rechecked.

if not, it would be unfortunately be difficult for you to troubleshoot the problem. try to contact sony support to have your device checked by a local service center https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support
