Hey SONY, we need to talk about Xperia 1 II

You announced a Phone which seems to be able to be one of the best phones actually availiable. But after what i experienced today i need to ask if you are really willing to sell them.

Pre-order starts today and the only thing you did was a press release in the presscenter on Sony Website. The only place to pre-order is in germany "mobilcom.debitel". Really Sony?

I called Sony-Store in Berlin today and they was unable to tell me when it will be availiable and if there will be a bundle if i order in Sony-Store.

For example: If there is a new Sams.... phone on the market it makes no diffrence which Webshop you open, the first you see on their Website is the new device.

But for the XPERIA 1 II you can find nothing.

Not at Amazon, not at Media-Markt or Saturn. T-Mobile or Vodafone - No XPERIA 1 II. I was at my local Medimax to ask about if he is able to order the Phone and have it availiable at release date. No need to tell you his response.

I know that the salespersons which are selling the "braune Ware" (TV´s) after closing down "SONY-Mobile" was told to sell the XPERIA devices. But i also know that they are not really willing to do this. They do not see the Xperia devices as their products.

No TV-spot or other marketing for pre-order beginning for the new XPERIA

I can´t believe that you guys are willing to build so great and lovely products to go down with them.

Where is you love for your products?

Where is your "Kando" for your own products????

If you really want to sell more of your great products you need to do a little more then a press release on your Website and have only one online dealer in germany where pre-order is availiable.

It is a shame SONY - it really hurts to see you selling less phones every year but after today i understand why.

nicht nur das.... not only that but in the States and probably just like as it was with Xperia I in the Netherlands,

you'll get a free pair of Sony WF-1000XM3 true wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation. But not in Germany...

this is outrageous.

Today it is availiable at "Otto" with the headset together in both colors
