      <title>No sound on ear piece while on calls</title>

      <description>New phone all of a sudden there is no sound while making or receiving calls on ear piece. Have yo use headphone or speaker. Thus has never happened on either my Samsung or iPhone for many many years. Can't figure out what is wrong tried all suggestions on the forum.</description>

      <description>Don't know what the problem is but the same thing has happened to mine today. So I can only presume it must have something to do with a software update.</description>
